3. How We Handle Corrections

- For significant errors — such as those materially affecting the meaning of the story — retain a visible record of the correction rather than silently editing the piece
For minor issues such as typos, grammar, or formatting fixes that do not affect the substance of the story, we may update the article without a formal correction note.
4. Reporting an Error
If you spot an error in one of our articles, or believe something we’ve published is inaccurate, please let us know. Include the following where possible:
- The URL of the article in question
- A description of the error and, if available, the correct information
- Any supporting source or reference for the correction
- Your name and contact email (optional, but helpful if we need to follow up)

6. Removal Requests
We generally prefer to correct rather than remove published content, to preserve public record and transparency. In limited cases — such as legal requirements, safety concerns, or significant factual errors that cannot be adequately addressed through a correction — we may consider removing or unpublishing an article at our discretion.
7. Press Releases and Third-Party Submissions
For press releases or contributed content, the submitting party is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. If an error originates from the source material rather than our editing, we will work with the submitting party to issue a correction where appropriate, and may add a note clarifying the source of the inaccuracy.
